It was clean and up-to-date.

After a lot of snow fell, the sidewalk nor the parking lot had been cleared.

The hotel was very nice. Check in was fine, and the place was very clean. However, they did know that a snowstorm was coming, and the walk nor the parking lot had been cleared. I had to trudge through drifts over my ankles, and dig my car out from under more than a foot of snow. They changed our rooms from Kings to doubles without question and the 4 rooms were close without asking.

We have stayed with this chain before and have always been satisfied. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and supplied with extra towels when asked. Very helpful with directions to the wedding.

Bugs everywhere; lights didn't work.

We checked into the room late and the entry light didn't work and there were about 20 ladybugs all over the walls and ceiling. Since it was late I didn't worry about the light and just took care of the ladybugs myself. In the morning we told the desk clerk of the issues. When we returned to the room late the second night the light still didn't work and again there were ladybugs on the walls and ceiling. Clean facility, nice contental breakfast. Safe environment.

People outside late at night were noisy in the parking lot.

I was very pleased with the quality that was provided by Priceline. Having laundry facility available was nice because we were staying while our teenage daughter played in a softball tourney.
